💰 Costs & Services

How much does Google Ad Grants cost?
Google Ad Grants itself is completely free – Google provides $10,000 per month in advertising credits at no cost to your nonprofit. However, many nonprofits choose to hire professional management services to maximize their grant usage and ensure compliance. This is where Grant Republic comes in.
What do your services cost?
We do not charge for account setup or Google Grants acquisition. After the initial setup and your first month trial period, we charge $399 per month for ongoing Google Ad Grants management. We offer discounts for annual payment. No long-term contracts required. Most clients pay by credit card, but we also accept checks and ACH.
What services do you provide?
We provide comprehensive Google Ad Grants services including: complete application and acquisition assistance, website readiness assessment and recommendations, account setup and configuration, strategic campaign development, ongoing optimization and management, monthly performance reporting, compliance monitoring to maintain your grant status, and grant reactivation if needed. We also offer AI-powered SEO services for nonprofits.
Can I test out the service first?
Yes! We do not charge anything to get you approved for the Google Grant and do not charge anything for the initial account setup. At the end of the first month, we will review your account with you and show you the impact it has had and the results you have achieved. We’re confident we will have impressed you enough to continue with our management services. Contact us to get started.

🎯 Management & Support

Is Grant Republic a Google Partner?
Yes! Grant Republic is a certified Google Partner, and all of our staff are Google Certified. This certification demonstrates our expertise in Google Ads and ensures we stay current with the latest best practices and platform updates. You should only work with Google Partners who really know what they’re doing – if a Google Grants company is not a Google Partner, that should be a red flag.
Will I have an account manager?
Yes. You will have a dedicated account manager whose job is to be there and answer any questions that you have. They are always just a call or email away, and we make sure to respond to questions quickly. Your account manager will get to know your organization and goals personally.
How often do we have meetings?
We can have meetings as often as you like. Typically we recommend having a Zoom meeting every other month to review performance and strategy, but we can make these more or less frequent depending on your preferences. You’ll always have access to your account manager via email or phone for questions between meetings.
What information is on our dashboard?
We provide a comprehensive dashboard so that you can see your campaign’s performance in real-time. It includes metrics like impressions, clicks, click-through rate, conversions, website traffic, and how your $10,000 grant is being utilized. We tailor the dashboard to show the metrics that matter most to your organization’s goals. You’ll have complete transparency into your account performance.

📊 Performance & Compliance

Can I manage Google Ad Grants myself?
You can manage it yourself, but most self-managed accounts only use 20-30% of their $10,000 monthly budget and often face compliance issues that can lead to suspension. Professionally managed accounts typically leverage 80-100% of the grant and maintain continuous compliance, resulting in significantly better results. Google’s policies are complex and change frequently – our expertise ensures you maximize your impact. Learn about maximizing conversions with Google Grants.
What are the main compliance requirements?
Key compliance requirements include: maintaining a minimum 5% click-through rate (CTR) across campaigns, having at least two active ad groups per campaign, implementing conversion tracking, using relevant keywords related to your mission, proper geotargeting, avoiding single-word keywords, and maintaining a high-quality website without commercial advertising. Failure to maintain compliance can result in account suspension. Read more about Google Ad Grants policies.
What if my Google Ad Grant gets suspended?
If your account gets suspended due to compliance issues, Grant Republic can help with reactivation. We’ll identify the issues, fix the problems, and work with Google to restore your account. Our ongoing management ensures you stay compliant and avoid future suspensions, protecting your $10,000 monthly advertising budget.
How do you measure success?
We measure success based on metrics that matter to your organization: website traffic, engagement rate, conversions (donations, volunteer sign-ups, program inquiries), cost per conversion, and overall grant utilization. We work with you to define what success looks like for your specific goals and provide monthly reporting on these key performance indicators.
